Abstract

This study discusses the current state and future issues of the development of roadside stations as disaster prevention function in Fukushima Prefecture. This study analyses that roadside stations as disaster prevention function are not currently developed in both hardware parts and software parts. This study points out that toilets for disaster, emergency power supply equipment and alternative communication means are prepared as hardware parts and that staff training for disaster is important as software parts, as future issues.
